Covid Safety Regulations
At Swimz, we take the safety of our swimmers and parents incredibly seriously. Please note the following Covid safety regulations that will be in place. Anyone entering the Swimz premises will need to abide by these rules for their own safety and ours.
Masks are Compulsory
For adults as well as children over the age of 2, face masks that cover both the mouth and nose must be worn at all times when not in the pool. Parents assisting their children in the pool will be required to wear masks.
On entry to Swimz, your temperature will be checked. Anyone with a temperature greater than 37.8C will be denied entry.
Sanitise Your Hands
Adults and children will be required to sanitise their hands on entry.
One Adult Per Child
No additional spectators will be allowed. Kindly arrive no more than five minutes before for your lesson and leave as soon as it has finished.
Advanced Swimz Covid SAfety Features
In addition to the above safety protocols, Swimz also has the following additional safety features in place:
We employ advanced ultraviolet technology (imported from the Netherlands) that further kills any viruses or bacteria that may be present in swimming pool water. As far as we are aware, no other swim school in South Africa employs this technology.
We also have an extensive mechanical air extraction and air conditioning system to adequately ventilate the facility which is not a common feature in typical local swimming schools.
